ITV’s hit reality show Love Island UK is back for its winter 2023 series, with a new cast entering the villa in a bid to find love and win £50,000 prize money.
As with previous seasons, this series promises weeks of romance and drama with a new episode almost every night for eight weeks starting January 16th.
And for those craving extra Love Island content, Love Island: Aftersun will return again this year. Here’s everything to know about what it is and how to watch it.

What is Love Island: Aftersun?
Love Island: Aftersun is a weekly spinoff show, presented in a live studio with an audience, in which a panel discusses the events of the previous week.
The show includes extra behind-the-scenes clips, as well as interviews with cast members who have been evicted from the village.
In 2023, the show will be hosted by Maya Jama, who is also making her debut as host of the main show, along with regular panelists Sam Thompson, star of Made in Chelsea, and former Love Island contestant Indiyah Polack.
When is Love Island: Aftersun 2023?
Love Island: Aftersun airs once a week on Sundays, shortly after the main show airs on ITV2. Main episodes usually start at 9 pm.

As with the main show, you’ll be able to watch Love Island: Aftersun live on ITV2, but you’ll also be able to watch episodes later on ITVX, ITV’s video-on-demand service.

Is Ilha do Amor on Sunday?
Yes, there is a main episode of Love Island on Sunday.
On Saturdays, there is no main episode, which is replaced by the spin-off Love Island: Unseen Bits. However, the main show returns with an episode on Sunday, which is immediately followed by an episode of Love Island: Aftersun.
