Super Bowl 2023: Rihanna’s rep confirms singer’s pregnancy after performance

following her halftime performance in Super Bowl 57, Rihanna revealed big news. A spokesperson for Rihanna has confirmed that she is pregnant with her second child, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Rihanna took to the floating stage at State Farm Stadium about nine months after giving birth to her first child, and now she and partner A$AP Rocky are expecting again.

Before the halftime show, Rihanna did an interview with the NFL Network in which she hinted that she might have a guest with her onstage.

“I’m thinking of bringing someone,” she said. “I’m not sure, but we’ll see.”

Rihanna didn’t bring up any surprise artists, but maybe she was referring to the new stuff that would drop after her show.

In an interview with THR after her halftime performance, Rihanna said she was hesitant when asked to host the halftime show right after having her first child. However, the challenge appealed to her and she wanted her son to see her on one of the biggest stages in the world.

“I was like, ‘Are you sure? I’m three months postpartum. Should I make big decisions like this now? I might regret this,'” Rihanna said.

“When you become a mother, something happens where you feel like you can conquer the world – you can do anything. And the Super Bowl is one of the biggest stages in the world, as scary as it was. . challenge of all that. It’s important for my son to see that.”

During the halftime show, Rihanna performed several of her biggest hits, including “Diamonds”, “Work”, “Umbrella” and “We Found Love”.
